Permanent regime of hydraulic modeling package of open channels, rivers and artificial canals. Developed in the Hydrologic Engineering Center of the Corps of Engineers U.S. Navy, arises as an evolution of the HEC-2, improving the graphical user interface which facilitates pre and post-processing tasks, as well as the possibility of sharing data with the ArcGIS geographic information system using HEC-Georges. The numerical model included in this program allows analysis of unsteady unidimensional flow gradually varied on free foil.
