Generic Model of Basins Management developed by the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Andreu, 1992). This is the Simulation Water Resources Management Model which carries out water allocation every period (month), minimizing the use deficits, based on priorities set by the user for the different elements. Very effective for the joint management of surface and groundwater.
